SOLD OUT! The Risk is a limited production, one off of Syrah from Willcox. Only 80 cases of this wine was made. After our vineyards in Sonoita were hit with hail, this fruit was a gift from a former boss. Aged in 25% new old 75% neutral oak for 2 years, this wine is a beautiful expression of the Kansas Settlement in the Willcox Bench.
