This fruit came to the winery gorgeous and flawless off of Rhumbline Vineyard in Willcox. Destemmed and fermented like a red wine, outside and hot, there is a bit more tannin structure. This wine was then pressed and aged in our 187 gallon concrete egg from France. The nose has beautiful notes of clean gardenia, and honeysuckle. This wine is totally dry and would pair well with salmon and a salad, goat cheese and honey, green olives with jalapenos, or a chicken dish with a cream sauce/vodka sauce. On the sweeter side pair this with any type of fruit pie, fruit tart or fruit cheese cake.
